Yes. Boldally Chat runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (formerly the WhatsApp Business API). Your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is registered directly with Meta — you own the number, the templates, and the green-tick verification, and you keep all of it if you ever leave.

Yes, and that's the only message charge you'll pay — Boldally adds zero markup. WhatsApp charges per template message delivered (marketing, utility, authentication). These charges pass through at Meta's exact rates. Service messages (customer replies within 24 hours) are always free. This is our biggest differentiator: most competitors mark up message costs by 10–20%.

No — all your contacts are stored, always. Contact storage is unlimited on every plan. The reach limit only applies to outbound broadcasts and campaigns: how many contacts you can actively target in a single send. If you have 7,000 contacts on Starter, all 7,000 are saved and you can chat with anyone who messages you, but you can only broadcast to 5,000 at a time. No data is ever deleted.

Yes. Every plan includes our self-serve green tick application guide. Growth includes assisted application — we help you prepare and submit. Business includes done-for-you setup — we handle the entire process with Meta on your behalf. Note that final approval is Meta's decision and not guaranteed; we maximize your chances by getting the application right the first time.

Starter retains 6 months of chat history (3 months of media), Growth retains 12 months (6 months of media), and Business retains everything indefinitely. You can export chat history to CSV at any time before expiry, so nothing is ever truly lost — and on Business, nothing expires at all.

No data is ever deleted while you're an active subscriber. If you downgrade, features beyond your new plan's limits (extra chatbot flows, integrations, agents) are paused — not deleted — and reactivate instantly if you re-upgrade. If you cancel, your account is frozen for 30 days with all data preserved, so you can come back anytime. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

No. Account setup, WABA registration, number verification, template approvals, and self-serve onboarding are included free on every plan. Business plans also get a 1-on-1 setup call and a dedicated success manager.

Razorpay handles all payments — UPI, credit & debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Annual plans can also be paid via NEFT/RTGS against a tax invoice.

Yes, on Growth and Business. Additional WhatsApp Business numbers (each with its own WABA) are ₹499/number/month. Growth supports up to 2 extra numbers; Business supports unlimited extra numbers. Each number gets its own inbox, templates, and analytics but shares your team, billing, and plan limits.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle — and any features beyond the new plan's limits are paused (not deleted), so you can always re-upgrade and pick up where you left off.

Yes — 14 days on the Growth plan, with the flow builder, scheduling, integrations, and broadcast reach up to 5,000 contacts. We verify a payment method through Razorpay during signup so you don't lose your number and data if you decide to continue — but you're never charged during the trial. Cancel before day 14 and you're never billed.
