Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid Boldally Chat subscriptions, operated by Boldally Solutions Private Limited.

Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not select a paid plan, your account enters read-only mode with no charge.

Monthly Plans

Cancellation: Cancel anytime from billing settings. Takes effect at end of current billing cycle. Full access until then.

Refunds: Monthly plans are not eligible for partial refunds. No lock-in or contract — cancel anytime without penalty.

Exception: If you experience a critical service outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours attributable to Boldally (not third-party APIs), you may request a prorated credit via our Contact page.

Annual Plans

Within 30 Days: Eligible for prorated refund for unused months. Calculated as: total paid minus monthly rate (non-discounted) for each month used.

After 30 Days: Non-refundable. Subscription remains active until term end. Cancel auto-renewal anytime.

Renewal: Auto-renews with 15-day email reminder. Cancel from billing settings before renewal date.

Usage Fees

WhatsApp message fees and other usage-based charges are non-refundable — they reflect services already delivered.

Additional Seats

Extra agent seat charges are non-refundable for partial months. Remove seats anytime; billing stops next cycle.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us with your registered email, business name, plan, and reason.

We acknowledge within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.

Disputes

Contact us before initiating a bank dispute. We’ll resolve it promptly.
